The service

Thumbnail Preflight — Drop a thumbnail and a title. See them at true pixel size on the phone feed, desktop home, the suggested sidebar and search, in light and dark, beside other videos — with every objective check YouTube's specs allow. No predicted click-through: the verdict is yours. We work hard to make it reliable, and it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It is a software tool, not professional (legal, financial, or safety) advice.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, probe or disrupt our systems, or resell it without written permission. We may suspend access that harms the service or other users.

Payments and refunds

Paid features are billed as shown at purchase. Change your mind for any reason within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full — no form, no questions. If something you paid for doesn't work as described, tell us any time and we will put it right or refund you. To ask for either, email support@avyth.com. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live, including any statutory right to cancel a digital purchase.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avyth LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
